psychedelic integration

what is psychedelic integration?

A space for individuals seeking to process and integrate their psychedelic experiences into their everyday lives. Through a combination of mindful reflection, somatic practices, and creative expression, we work to make sense of the insights gained and support long-term growth.

Psychedelic integration is the process of making meaning from and grounding the insights gained through psychedelic experiences. This work involves connecting the mind, body, and spirit, to ensure that these experiences translate into lasting personal transformation.

how it helps

  • Deepens self-awareness and emotional insight

  • Supports the integration of spiritual, emotional, or psychological lessons

  • Helps release trauma or unresolved patterns

  • Encourages grounded, mindful living

  • Cultivates creativity and personal growth

techniques used

In our work together, I integrate various therapeutic approaches, including:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): To explore and heal parts of the self that may have been activated or brought to light through your psychedelic experiences.

  • Somatic Experiencing (Sensorimotor Therapy): To address any body-based trauma or physical tension that may have surfaced during your journey.

  • Art Therapy: To express and process emotions, thoughts, or visions that arose during the experience through creative mediums.

  • Mindfulness and Meditation Practices: To help ground you in the present moment and build emotional resilience as you navigate the integration process.

what to expect

In our sessions, we’ll work together to explore your experience in a supportive, non-judgmental space. This may involve mindfulness techniques, somatic practices, art therapy, and other creative methods to help you integrate and make sense of your journey. We will collaboratively work to bring clarity, healing, and understanding to the transformative insights you’ve gained.

why it matters

Psychedelic experiences can offer profound insights, but they can also be challenging to process. Integration allows you to build on the positive outcomes while addressing any unresolved emotions, thoughts, or experiences. The goal is to help you live in alignment with the wisdom you’ve gained, creating lasting change.

The work of integration is not about returning to the past but about evolving into a new way of being—one that embodies the insights and healing gained during the experience.
